For a 1992 Japanese exclusive, the sheer speed of these stages still feels ahead of its time—my thumbs were cramping by the third level and I loved every second. It’s easy to see why the cartridge became so rare, because the technical ambition here is something else.
I was honestly not expecting a Game Boy shooter from 1992 to feel this fast, but the stages really do fly by and it keeps you on edge the whole time. It's such a rare title and the technical ambition shows in how smoothly it runs. Worth every penny if you're into retro shooters.
