The remaster really smoothed out the controls—I remember the original being a bit stiff, and now those late-game puzzles feel fair instead of frustrating. I’ve already sunk a weekend into it, and that IGN 9/10 score totally holds up.
The level design is as clever as I remember from the IGN days, and the remastered visuals make the puzzles pop on screen. Only gripe is the loading times between levels feel a bit longer than they should be, but the gameplay itself is rock solid.
